If you’re repeatedly getting an error message at the same part of the game (when you start the game, try to start a mission, buy an upgrade, make an in-app purchase, etc.), please email us and we’ll be happy to investigate further with you. We may be able to tell you about a known issue and give you an ETA on a resolution.

Tell us what you were doing when you got the message. Include as much detail as possible, and include the “error code” number that appears with the message. The more info we have, the faster we’ll be able to figure out what’s wrong, the faster we’ll fix it.
