While most in-app purchases go off without a hitch, sometimes the communication between computers is slower than usual, or results in errors. Don’t panic, and try these steps first:

  • Restart the app and wait a few minutes to see if the Gold arrives.
  • If the Gold doesn’t arrive in a few minutes, reboot your device and then restart the app.
If that does not work please contact our support team at support@hotheadgames.com and include your team password or support code as well as a screenshot of your purchase receipt. They will make sure you are credited with the missing purchase.
