For some of the larger Tapjoy promotions, it can take some time to get confirmation. If you have not received your completed offer reward after a few hours, the service may have gotten stuck. The first thing to do is restart the app! If you are using an Android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please ask your provider or search online for the instructions. If you have an Apple device here are the steps to restart:
In most cases the Gold will appear after a restart. If that does not work, you can check on the status of your Tapjoy promotion by following these steps:
1. Tap the 'Free Gold' button from within the App
2. Tap the three horizontal white lines in the top left corner of the Tapjoy Offerwall to open the menu.
3. Tap 'Reward Status', then 'Not Rewarded' to view details about the status of any promotions in which you were not rewarded.
