How can I keep my game progress secure?

Don’t log in to your account on another person’s device. If you do, remember to log out of your Game Center account on that device!

Also make sure you write down your Account Password. Your Account Password can be found in the Options menu under the Help tab.

The Options menu is located on the bottom right of the Missions screen.

I lost my game. Can I get it back?

Account recovery is possible so long as you used the Connect to Facebook or Connect to Game Center feature, or you have the account password of the account you are trying to recover. If you tap the Restore button in the options menu, you can use any of that information to recover your account. 

If you did not connect to Facebook or Game Center or note your Account Password, there is still a chance that our support team can locate your account. Contact them via the Contact Us button found at the top right of the help menu.
