Please don’t log in to your Account on a device you do not own. If you do, remember to log out of your Game Center and Account on that device!
Make sure you write down your Account Password. Your Account Password can be found in the 'Options' menu under the 'Help' tab.
The 'Options' menu is located on the bottom right of the Missions menu screen.
I lost my game progress. Can I get it back?
Account recovery is possible as long as you used the Connect to Facebook or Connect to Game Center feature. You can also use your Account Password of the account you are trying to recover. If you tap the 'Restore' button in the 'Options' menu, you can use any of these information to recover your Account.
If you did not connect to Facebook or Game Center or note your Account Password, there is still a chance that our support team can locate your account. We encourage you to contact our team through the Contact Us button found at the top right of the 'Help' menu.
