For some of the larger Tapjoy promotions, especially Netflix, it can take some time to get confirmation. But sometimes the service just gets stuck. The first thing to do is restart the app. If you are using an Android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please ask your provider or search online for the instructions. If you have an Apple device here are the steps to restart:
  • Tap the home button to return to the dashboard
  • Double tap the home button to bring up active apps
  • Hold the RAW: 2084 icon with your finger
  • Close the app
  • Restart the app

In most cases the bucks will appear after a restart. If that does not work, you can contact Tapjoy directly and they should be able to help. Go to the Free Bucks screen in the app. Tap the three horizontal white lines in the top left corner of the Tapjoy Offerwall to open the menu. Tap 'Reward Status', then 'Not Rewarded' to view details about the status of any promotions in which you were not rewarded. If you are presented with the option to contact Tapjoy here, please fill out the required form and send to Tapjoy so they can investigate further.
