To add a skill to a soldier, follow these steps:

• If there is an action that can be taken on a soldier, a small red badge will appear on the corner of the soldier info tag. Tap on that solider.
•  Once on the manage soldier screen, if a skill can be added to a soldier, a blank skill badge will appear. If you see one, tap it.
• The game will now show you the available add skill cards that can be applied on that soldier. You can now apply the skill.
• Once the skill is applied you will see its symbol replace the blank icon on the soldier card.
