If you have purchased Bucks and they do not show up in your account the first thing to do is restart the app. If you are using an Android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please ask your provider or search online for the instructions. If you have an Apple device here are the steps to restart:

  • Tap the home button to return to the dashboard
  • Double tap the home button to bring up active apps
  • Hold the RAW icon with your finger
  • Close the app
  • Restart the app

If your Bucks do not show up you can contact us (see below) with a description of the problem, your Google Play or iTunes receipt, and your team name and password (the 8 character code located in the settings panel on the home screen). Please note that due to the volume of emails it may take a few days to get back to you.
