If you’re repeatedly getting an error message at the same part of the game (ie: when you start the game, start a Mission, buy an Upgrade, make an in-app purchase, etc.), please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to investigate further with you! We may also be able to let you know if you're experiencing a known issue.

  • Tell us what you were doing when you got the error message.
  • Include as much detail as possible of the issue that is occurring.
  • Provide a screenshot if possible
  • Include the “error code” number that appears with the message.
The more info we have, the faster we’ll be able to figure out the possible causes, and fix it!
