If you are playing on an Apple device, re-installing the game app should restore your original game, but we cannot guarantee that your progress will be preserved. In order to save your progress you must use Facebook of Game Center Connect or note your Account Password. Your Account Password can be found in the 'Options' menu under the 'Help' tab.

Android

If you are playing on an Android device, uninstalling the game will delete your game progress and you will not be able to retrieve it without using the Restore feature. In order to save your progress you must use Facebook Connect or note your Account Password.Your Account Password can be found in the 'Options' menu under the 'Help' tab.
