I didn’t get my Gold Purchase!
While most in-app purchases go off without a hitch, sometimes the communication between your device and the servers is slower than usual, or results in errors. If this happens, don't panic, and try these steps first:

1. Restart the app and wait a few minutes to see if the Gold arrives.
2. If the Gold doesn't arrive after a few minutes, reboot your device then restart the app.
3. If you still don't have your purchase, use the Contact Us button in the Help section of the Options menu, and our support team will be happy to assist you. If you're unable to locate the Contact Us button, please email us at support@hotheadgames.com

If the missing Gold was from an offer completed through Tapjoy, please check your in-game inbox for the Gold you earned.

Gold Drops
Gold Drops give you an initial sum of Gold immediately. To claim the full amount of Gold from your purchase, you will have to check your 'Get Gold' menu and tap 'Claim' once per day until it runs out.

Please note, it is not possible to miss out on a daily Gold 'Claim' by missing a day. If you miss a day, you will just have to wait for the next day to restart from your last claim.

How can I enable or disable In-App Purchases?

2. Tap ‘General’ in the Settings menu.
3. Tap ‘Restrictions’.

6. Scroll down until you find 'In-App Purchases' and tap the green switch to turn off In-App Purchases.
