How can I keep my game progress secure?
Don’t log in to your Account on another person’s device. If you do, remember to log out of your Account on that device!
Please also make sure to write down your Account Password to keep your Account progress. Your Account Password can be found in the Options menu in the Help tab.
The Options menu is located on the bottom left of the Missions screen.
I lost my game. Can I get it back?
Account recovery is possible as long as you used the 'Connect to Facebook' feature or you have the Account Password of the Account you are trying to recover:
- Tap the Options menu icon on the bottom left of the Main Menu screen.
- Tap the 'Help' tab.
- Tap the 'Restore' button.
- You can use 'Facebook Connect' or 'Enter Account Password' to recover your Account.
If you did not connect to Facebook or note your Account Password, there is still a chance that our Support Team can locate your Account! Contact us via the 'Help' menu or if you're unable to locate the Contact Us button, email us at support@hotheadgames.com.
