For some of the larger Tapjoy promotions, it can take some time to get confirmation. If you have not received your completed offer reward after a few hours, the service may have gotten stuck. The first thing to do is restart the app! If you are using an Android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please ask your provider or search online for the instructions. If you have an Apple device here are the steps to restart:

  1. Tap the home button to return to the dashboard.
  2. Double tap the home button to bring up active apps.
  3. Hold the Mighty Battles screen and swipe up to close the app.
  4. Tap the Mighty Battles icon to restart the app.   

In most cases the Gold will appear after a restart. If that does not work, you can contact Tapjoy directly to resolve the issue by using the following steps:
  1. Tap the "Store" button from the main menu.Under the Gold section,
  2. tap the Tapjoy "Free Gold" button.
  3. Tap the three horizontal white lines in the top left corner of the Tapjoy Offerwall to open the menu.
  4. Tap 'Reward Status', then 'Not Rewarded' to view details about the status of any promotions in which you were not rewarded.
  5. If you are presented with the option to contact Tapjoy here, please fill out the required form and send to Tapjoy so they can investigate further.
