If you wish to reinstall the game and recover your account, or continue your progress on another device, you can do so if you've protected your account prior to this.

If you've protected your account by connecting it to one of our supported recovery methods, you can find your account in the Account List:

1) Tap on the character portrait at the top left of the main menu
2) Tap on Accounts
3) Locate the Account List heading. From here, you can recover your account, so long as you've connected to one of our supported recovery methods.


NOTE: If you do not protect your account by connecting to a recovery option, you may not be able to continue playing this account if you re-install the game, as we don't support manual recovery methods. We are not responsible for lost or inaccessible accounts.
