If you’re repeatedly getting an error message at the same part of the game (when you start the game, try to start a mission, upgrading a Hero, make an in-app purchase, etc.) please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate further with you. We may be able to tell you about a known issue.

You can also contact us by email at support@hotheadgames.com, but we may not be able to provide as much assistance until we're able to verify your credentials. For best results, contact us through the game itself.

Tell us what you were doing when you got the message. Include as much detail as possible, a screenshot if applicable, and include the “error code” number that appears with the message. The more info we have, the faster we’ll be able to figure out what’s wrong, the faster we’ll fix it.
