The Custom Crate is a Weekly or Monthly subscription service that allows you to tailor a special Crate’s with rewards to your liking. Pick from a set pool of items, and every 7 days, you can open your Crate and receive a random prize from that pool! Once an item is won, choose another item and add it to the pool! Each time you win a prize, your odds of winning better prizes go up!

Want to get some advice before you build your first Custom Crate? You can always select your prizes and choose Save For Later to save your selections until you’re ready to purchase your Custom Crate subscription!

Want to change your Custom Crate prize pool? You can edit your Crate between crate openings, but be aware that this will reset your increased odds for that item!

Every player can receive one free Custom Crate as part of a 7-day trial! Once your free trial is complete, you’ll also receive a one-time gold bonus, the value of which depends on whether your renewal plan is Weekly or Monthly. This will also affect how many VIP points you receive

Some things to note about the subscription service:

- Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

- Automatic renewals will cost the same price you were originally charged for the subscription.

- Subscriptions and auto-renewal can be managed through your account settings after purchase.

- Your subscription is tied to your Google Play or iTunes account. Purchasing a subscription with this account on another Hero Hunters profile may MODIFY the existing subscription.
