If you no longer want to receive your weekly Custom Crate, you can cancel your subscription by contacting Google or Apple directly. Due to the way these purchases are set up, only Google and Apple can activate or de-activate them. Player Support has no control over these purchases.

Please note that canceling your Custom Crate subscription will not remove any benefits from your current subscription. You will continue to receive Custom Crates every 7 days until the current paid period is over. Your subscription will read as Active during this time.
