Sometimes customers in your movie theater might be getting upset. Not to worry! This just means you'll need to make sure your theater is meeting your customers' needs.

Customers might get turned away at the Ticket Booth when trying to buy a ticket. This means that there's no more room in your movie theater and can't buy a ticket. Be sure to have enough Theaters and Seats to accommodate all of your customers!

Are customers turning away from the Ticket Booth or other Stations? Your lineups of customers might be too long. Customers won't want to wait in long lineups, so make sure you have enough Cashiers or activities at your stations to keep your customers happy. If customers don't visit a Station because the line is too long, they won't visit any other Stations and will instead go straight to the Theater instead, which means a loss of extra Cash opportunities.
If the line at the Ticket Booth is too long, customers won't even buy a movie ticket and will instead leave entirely!

After a movie finishes, the Theater gets dirty and customers waiting for the next showing won't go in and the movie won't start until a Cleaner cleans it up. Customers waiting to enter a Theater won't leave the line, though it will keep your theater full for longer and new customers won't be able to buy tickets! Make sure to hire enough cleaners to keep the time customers spend in line to a minimum.
