To send a challenge to one of the teams on your Friends List, follow these steps:

• Go to the PLAY screen
  
• Go to the FRIENDS screen
  
• Tap the team you want to challenge
  
• Tap on the CHALLENGE button
  
• Select any Big Impact cards you want to use in the challenge
  
• Add a message for your friend to read before they accept the challenge
  
• Tap on the SEND button to send the challenge
  
• After your friend accepts the challenge, you will receive a notification and be able to view the results from the CHALLENGES tab on the FRIENDS screen.
