To add a skill to a player follow these steps:

• If there is an action that can be taken on a player, a small blue badge will appear on the corner of MY TEAM button on the home screen. If you see a blue badge, tap the MY TEAM button.
• Once in the MY TEAM screen, tap on a player with a blue badge over his player marker.
• Once on the player screen, if a skill can be added to a player, a blue question mark badge will appear. If you see one, tap it.
• The game will now show you the available add skill cards that can be applied on that player. You can now apply the skill.
• Once the skill is applied you will see its symbol replace the blue circle on the player card.
