If you're experiencing an Error Message repeatedly at the same part of the game (when you start the game, try to start a Battle Match, upgrading a Unit, make an in-app purchase, etc.) please email our Support Team and we’ll be happy to investigate further with you!


Tell us what you were doing when the Error Message occurs, include as much detail as possible, a screenshot if applicable, and include the “error code” number that appears with the message. The more info we have, the faster we’ll be able to further isolate and fix the issue!


Please DO NOT post your error codes to social media as they contain information that can be used to access your game.
