Crates that you earn from match completion go into your special Crate slots on the main menu. Tap on a Crate to begin and select "unlock" to start the unlocking process. You can speed up the process by watching a video or open the Crate instantly by paying gold to unlock it.

Please note, only one Crate can be in the process of unlocking at a time, so choose wisely!
